Souzane Abdul and the staff at Chapman were phenomenal. I tried to purchase at another Valley dealership and the person that helped me there refused to listen to what I wanted. Souzane was the opposite. She is an excellent listener and then she knows how to fulfill. I never felt I was in a high pressure sale. Such a wonderful buying experience. I had already negotiated the extended warranty so when I was sent off to finance, I was expecting to be bombarded with high pressure upgrades. That never happened. Upgrades were discussed but I was never pressured to buy anything I didn’t want. Such a wonderful buying experience!
