I had an appalling experience at Chapman Hyundai Phoenix today when returning my lease vehicle. After arriving to complete a standard lease return, I was kept waiting for over an hour. When I was finally addressed by Manager George Salman, the situation went from frustrating to completely unacceptable. Upon learning that I was returning the lease without purchasing or leasing my next vehicle directly from their location, George Salman behaved in an extremely rude, hostile, and dismissive manner. He ultimately told me to get out of the dealership simply because I chose to buy my new car elsewhere. The lack of basic courtesy, total disregard for a returning customer's time, and the unprofessional, aggressive behavior displayed by George Salman was appalling. No customer returning a vehicle should be subjected to hostililty or thrown out for making an independent purchasing decision. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this location and its management. I will not be returning to Chapman Hyundai Phoenix for any future sales or service needs.

After dealing with repeated battery issues on my 2026 Hyundai Palisade, I brought it to Chapman Hyundai after another dealership repeatedly told me nothing was wrong. After a couple of days of testing, they determined the battery was defective and replaced it under warranty.
