Joe was amazing!!! Had an appointment for a few small repairs, Joe came right up to help me and was super quick! He was kind and respectful. Great experience!

The advisor I worked with was Jamie, she was very courteous and friendly, excellent customer service!! The waiting area was clean and provided, water, coffee, WiFi and televisions. My experience was very pleasant and shuttle was provided for the ride home, the car was clean and good conversation with driver he was great.

Had an absolutely GREAT experience dealing with Chapman Hyundai. Friendliest, most honest people I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. Salesman Jesus was a dream to deal with as were Brian and Steve. Easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a new car.

Ok, so I am giving my service advisor 5 stars, not necessarily the dealership. Joe Bartizel is amazing. I have been frustrated with my new car because of the technology but he has made himself available by phone to help me through it and has taught me a lot. Thank you, Joe! The dealership is lacking in service though. My car has been recalled twice, each taking half to full day to fix. They do not offer loaners or Ubers. They instead have a shuttle, serving multiple people to multiple places. If the shuttle is out on a run, you are out of luck. My former dealerships always made sure I had a loaner for longer fixes and provided Ubers for shorter ones. I wish I had looked into this before buying my car there. It really is a negative.

I had a really great car buying experience here. Paola and Brian were both fantastic to work with throughout the process. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured, which was a refreshing change from some of the other dealerships I visited. They worked with me on both my trade-in and the purchase of my new vehicle, and I always felt like they were being straightforward and fair. After I bought the car, I had a small issue that came up, and they took care of it quickly and made sure everything was resolved. Overall, it was a great experience, and I really appreciated how they treated me. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai or a dealership where you can trust the employees. Ask for Paola and Brian.

A long chat with Shane Simonelli last week made a strong impression on my wife and I. Shane was personable, knowledgeable and patient. He gave us great information about how to read a car's price tag (its "birth certificate", he said) and gave us many other useful info. He was by far the most decent salesperson we met during our search for a new car. Thank you Shane. Wife wants to go for Tesla now. But you made such an impression on us, I had to leave this review.
