This was least stressful car buyng experience we have ever had. We we greeted at the door of a beautiful building by a sweet lady at the front desk who found us a sales person since they were so busy. Cynthia Luna, our sales person, was genuine, relaxed and confident. She answered all of our questions and made us feel respected. There was no pressure, no up-selling, no nonsense. It was great. We worked with Andres Lasa, the sales manager, for the final stages of the negotiation and he was kind and generous. He listened patiently, never interrupted and clearly has a different approach to sales than any other sales manager we have ever worked with. Once the deal was done, we worked with Alejandro Escalante in the finance department. Once again, no upselling or high pressure sales techniques. Just clear answers to questions and a patience in helping us understand the numbers. All in all we spent maybe an hour and a half doing everything (including a test drive and appraisal of our trade in) instead of the 6-8 hour marathon other dealers have put us through. This place is organized, efficient and run by friendly, professional and generous people. If you're from the north valley like I am, I highly recommend making the trip. It will be well worth the extra time. Im sure the other sales people would be great but I know you cant go wrong working the Cynthia and I strongly suggest you ask for her by name.

Great buying experience. Highly recommend you go see Paola Navarro. She is great to communicate with and made the process quick and easy. This is not the closest Hyundai dealership to our house but it is the one we chose to drive to because of the ease, friendliness, and attentiveness of Paola.

I have a small body shop here in town and sometimes as the owner I’m the parts runner as well. I have found that I can save substantial time, and energy if I drive a little bit further and talk with my man, Paul and parts. He is very attentive and that type of Customer Service really can’t be found very much anymore. I hope to be big enough to one day swoop Paul and have him come work with me instead. All jokes aside, kick ass parts department.
