I will edit this review slightly from 1 to 3 stars, but you must be aware that this is still flawed. My issue was ONLY taken care of because I raised hell and had to call the Service Director, Doug. That shouldn’t be the case and it should never have even got to this point. He stands by the way he operates his department and you must be prepared for several days to even have your car looked at which does not keep the customer experience in mind and is severely flawed. You don’t go anywhere with an appointment and expect this type of service. What if you went to a dentist, told them you think you had an issue when you made an appointment and they told you they would diagnose the issue in 4 days while you sat in the chair? In what world does this make ANY sense to anyone? So bottom line- you will be without your car for over a week, waiting several days for it to even be looked at and then another wait for parts and work to be started. You can never get ahold of anyone without leaving messages. You are better off going somewhere else because they clearly don’t care about how they are inconveniencing their customers. Doug has some serious training gaps on his team and needs to evaluate the way he manages his department. And they can do this because they have you held hostage by their “warranty”. Original review: What a joke- make an appointment and then are told two days in they won’t even look at it or touch it to diagnose your car for FOUR days!!! Why make an appointment and tell me how in any world anyone wants to make an appointment and not have it touched for 4 days!!!! Why not make an appointment for the day you can ACTUALLY look at my car! And to not even tell us when we made the appointment makes it even worse. And then they try to tell us it is peak season for repairs- there are less people in Phoenix this time of year so that is just the dumbest excuse for not taking care of your customers. I would give zero stars if possible and would not recommend you take your car here for service. Avoid Donna as a service advisor as well if you want excuses over actual customer service. She didn’t call or update us as she promised the day of our appointment and we had to find out this news by reaching out to her. Unacceptable customer service all around.

The easiest purchase I ever made
When we decided our 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate was too big for our needs, my wife decided on a 2026 Kona Limited. Red, with a tan interior. I called all the Hyundai dealers in the Phoenix area. No dealer had one; the earliest would be the end of May. The end of May came, and only YOUR dealership called us to say one had come into the state. We were paired with a young man named Axel Munoz Jaimes. Axel went far above and beyond the call of his duties to keep us updated oñ the status of our car on its way to the dealership. Axel made sure all the forms were in order and everything was perfect. For a sales associate who has only been there for two months, you'd never know it! He's the best!
I had an appointment I showed up a little early they were able to take my vehicle for an oil change and I was out of there within 90 minutes. The representative that took care of me was very polite and knowledgeable, I will return. The customer lounge was accommodatable.

I came for a recall update for my vehicle. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. I actually had a service issue during my visit but my representative, Joe Bartizal, resolved my issue swiftly and professionally. I will be returning for future maintenance. Thank you.

Pretty good service advisor. But, I’m shocked, They charge $130 for a synthetic oil change. That’s crazy! Other dealerships are well under that price for synthetic oil change. I did not get my oil changed at this dealership because the price was way too high. Hey Chapman, lower your oil prices for your customers. You’re ripping them off!😬
