What if you went to a dentist, told them you think you had an issue when you made an appointment and they told you they would diagnose the issue in 4 days while you sat in the chair? In what world does this make ANY sense to anyone? So bottom line- you will be without your car for over a week, waiting several days for it to even be looked at and then another wait for parts and work to be started. You can never get ahold of anyone without leaving messages. You are better off going somewhere else because they clearly don’t care about how they are inconveniencing their customers. Doug has some serious training gaps on his team and needs to evaluate the way he manages his department. And they can do this because they have you held hostage by their “warranty”. Original review: What a joke- make an appointment and then are told two days in they won’t even look at it or touch it to diagnose your car for FOUR days!!! Why make an appointment and tell me how in any world anyone wants to make an appointment and not have it touched for 4 days!!!! I would like to commend the Chapman Hyundai Bell Road team for being very straightforward and professional. They honored everything they committed to and never pressured or repeatedly contacted me after I chose to explore better offers from other dealerships. I have had both my cars serviced here. They are very courteous and patient and understanding. Easy to understand and timely and efficient. Special shout out to Brian Curci (sales manager), Souzane Abdul (sales associate and Joe (finance). We came from CA to help my son buy his first brand new car (Hyundai Sonata Sport) Prior to coming from CA I emailed 6 Hyundai and 4 Kia dealerships. Souzane from Chapman Hyundai was first to respond and along with Brian quickly got us a OTD price that no other Hyundai dealership could beat. Both Souzanne and Brian were super easy to communicate with by email, phone and in person. They were also able to get my son a good interest rate for 72 months eventhough it was his first car loan. . My son changed his mind on the color of the car he wanted on our way to dealership and they were able to quickly accommodate the last minute color change for him. Their lot is huge with LOTS of color combinations. The car, the OTD cost, speed of purchase with sales and finance and the experience was AMAZING. Don’t waste your time with other Hyundai dealerships like I did, just go straight to Chapman Hyundai! You won’t be sorry.

I purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra from Casey Stokes at this location after an extremely frustrating experience with Carmax days prior. Casey was quick to respond, happy to send additional details and photos of the vehicle ahead of time. Casey had the truck ready to test drive when we got to the dealership, wasn't pushy at all, and genuinely tried to ensure I had a great experience with him and the dealership. Happy with the vehicle, the service, and wouldnt hesitate to go back if we needed it!

We had a great salesperson, Souzane Abdul Razek. For us, she made it a stress free experience in choosing a vehicle to purchase and feel she gave us a very fair deal. I highly recommend her.

Overall good dealership, very nice people. However, they sold me a used car and charged me $499 for XPEL Premium window tint; the car doesn’t even have window tint on the front doors or windshield. And the back windows? Factory tint. I wish I’d pushed harder to get that charge removed, just another dealership blowing smoke up their customers rear ends.

EXCELLENT customer service from beginning to end. My Sales Advisor, Casey Stokes, was a pleasure to work with. He cared about MY needs, was extremely knowledgeable, funny and very kind. I recently leased a new Ioniq 5 from Chapman Hyundai, and this is now the 4th car I've leased from the Chapman group (the other 3 were Mazdas). I've had really good experiences with both Chapman Mazda and Chapman Hyundai. My sales person Cally from Mazda and Miguel from Hyundai worked together to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The experience was so good, I referred my parents to Miguel and they bought a new Tucson, which they love. My 2026 Palisade was serviced at Chapman and they provided excellent customer service. I did not have to wait long and the service person explained everything they were going to do, including all recalls. They texted updates and let me know when the car was ready with a fresh carwash. Was very excited to get there and drove 40 minutes. Once I got there I was greeted by staff who were very friendly.
