We recently purchased a Hyundai Palisade and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Jeremy was our salesperson, and he was extremely responsive throughout, answering every question quickly and clearly, and genuinely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He worked with us to land on a deal we were comfortable with, without any pressure. The small touches mattered too: he personally installed our wheel locks before we left the lot. If you're in the market for a Palisade (or anything else), ask for Jeremy.

This was least stressful car buyng experience we have ever had. We we greeted at the door of a beautiful building by a sweet lady at the front desk who found us a sales person since they were so busy. Cynthia Luna, our sales person, was genuine, relaxed and confident. She answered all of our questions and made us feel respected. There was no pressure, no up-selling, no nonsense. It was great. We worked with Andres Lasa, the sales manager, for the final stages of the negotiation and he was kind and generous. He listened patiently, never interrupted and clearly has a different approach to sales than any other sales manager we have ever worked with. Once the deal was done, we worked with Alejandro Escalante in the finance department. Once again, no upselling or high pressure sales techniques. Just clear answers to questions and a patience in helping us understand the numbers. All in all we spent maybe an hour and a half doing everything (including a test drive and appraisal of our trade in) instead of the 6-8 hour marathon other dealers have put us through. This place is organized, efficient and run by friendly, professional and generous people. If you're from the north valley like I am, I highly recommend making the trip. It will be well worth the extra time. Im sure the other sales people would be great but I know you cant go wrong working the Cynthia and I strongly suggest you ask for her by name.

Great buying experience. Highly recommend you go see Paola Navarro. She is great to communicate with and made the process quick and easy. This is not the closest Hyundai dealership to our house but it is the one we chose to drive to because of the ease, friendliness, and attentiveness of Paola.

I have a small body shop here in town and sometimes as the owner I’m the parts runner as well. I have found that I can save substantial time, and energy if I drive a little bit further and talk with my man, Paul and parts. He is very attentive and that type of Customer Service really can’t be found very much anymore. I hope to be big enough to one day swoop Paul and have him come work with me instead. I had an appalling experience at Chapman Hyundai Phoenix today when returning my lease vehicle. After arriving to complete a standard lease return, I was kept waiting for over an hour. When I was finally addressed by Manager George Salman, the situation went from frustrating to completely unacceptable. Upon learning that I was returning the lease without purchasing or leasing my next vehicle directly from their location, George Salman behaved in an extremely rude, hostile, and dismissive manner. He ultimately told me to get out of the dealership simply because I chose to buy my new car elsewhere. The lack of basic courtesy, total disregard for a returning customer's time, and the unprofessional, aggressive behavior displayed by George Salman was appalling. No customer returning a vehicle should be subjected to hostililty or thrown out for making an independent purchasing decision. We came in at 5:30pm on a Tuesday for an appointment specifically to look at a used car that ended up selling hours before we got there. Prior to walking out we entertained their price to get us in the new model. The price came back at a good spot, so we decided to push forward with the new car. The car wasn’t on site and they had to pull one from another dealership. It started with two color options and then suddenly our choice wasn’t available, then we find out the car had a recall and had to be serviced by the other dealership before being brought over, so we wouldn’t be able to get it that day. We still ended up sitting at the dealership for 3 hours without looking at a single car or leaving with ours. Our salesperson was double booked on appointments and had to keep bouncing from us to another couple and we’d move from his desk to the waiting area. There did not seem to be any care in getting us processed in a timely manner. The biggest mistake was not paying in cash. We decided to finance for a few months to get the rebate, but I would’ve forgone the savings to not have to sit in Steve’s office for 90 mins with the protection plan and financing pitches. He would not take no for an answer and I felt like I had to give up to get out of there. I gave in to the protection plan, but told him to email me the cancellation paperwork now. I ended up filling it out and emailing it in as soon as I got home. I know I’ll lose money, but it was the only thing I could do to get out of that office. I also asked what the VTR I was paying for at this time as it was not explained, but was not given a clear answer. Their sales tactics really seem to focus on exhausting you to give in. In email correspondence after the sale it has been said that they cannot control how long you are are they — but allowing customers to bypass the relentless warranty sales tactics or listen when they say no would speed up the process by far. This makes it unlikely I would want to be a repeat customer. The positive - I got a new vehicle at what seems to be a fair price.

I worked with Miquel and he was awesome, he was very courtesy and nice, he treated us with respect. Also he was a straight shooter not trying to hide information and pop it on us later. Furthermore, Zahir in finance was great as well, it was great experience and Im going to recommend friends and family.

My father and I worked with Byron for over 3+ hours and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best. From start to finish, the process was easy, transparent, and stress free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and willing to help. Also thank you to Michael who was able to negotiate to our needs <3

When I called in to provide payment for a claim. Joe greeted me professionally. Mike, their manager assisted with the payment. Ok, so I am giving my service advisor 5 stars, not necessarily the dealership. Joe Bartizel is amazing. I have been frustrated with my new car because of the technology but he has made himself available by phone to help me through it and has taught me a lot. Thank you, Joe! The dealership is lacking in service though. My car has been recalled twice, each taking half to full day to fix. They do not offer loaners or Ubers. They instead have a shuttle, serving multiple people to multiple places. If the shuttle is out on a run, you are out of luck. My former dealerships always made sure I had a loaner for longer fixes and provided Ubers for shorter ones. I wish I had looked into this before buying my car there. It really is a negative.

I will edit this review slightly from 1 to 3 stars, but you must be aware that this is still flawed. My issue was ONLY taken care of because I raised hell and had to call the Service Director, Doug. That shouldn’t be the case and it should never have even got to this point. He stands by the way he operates his department and you must be prepared for several days to even have your car looked at which does not keep the customer experience in mind and is severely flawed. You don’t go anywhere with an appointment and expect this type of service. What if you went to a dentist, told them you think you had an issue when you made an appointment and they told you they would diagnose the issue in 4 days while you sat in the chair? In what world does this make ANY sense to anyone? So bottom line- you will be without your car for over a week, waiting several days for it to even be looked at and then another wait for parts and work to be started. You can never get ahold of anyone without leaving messages. You are better off going somewhere else because they clearly don’t care about how they are inconveniencing their customers. Doug has some serious training gaps on his team and needs to evaluate the way he manages his department. And they can do this because they have you held hostage by their “warranty”. Original review: What a joke- make an appointment and then are told two days in they won’t even look at it or touch it to diagnose your car for FOUR days!!! Why make an appointment and tell me how in any world anyone wants to make an appointment and not have it touched for 4 days!!!! Why not make an appointment for the day you can ACTUALLY look at my car! And to not even tell us when we made the appointment makes it even worse. And then they try to tell us it is peak season for repairs- there are less people in Phoenix this time of year so that is just the dumbest excuse for not taking care of your customers. I would give zero stars if possible and would not recommend you take your car here for service. Avoid Donna as a service advisor as well if you want excuses over actual customer service. She didn’t call or update us as she promised the day of our appointment and we had to find out this news by reaching out to her. Unacceptable customer service all around.

Fantastic experience in & out 60 min.

I had an appointment I showed up a little early they were able to take my vehicle for an oil change and I was out of there within 90 minutes. The representative that took care of me was very polite and knowledgeable, I will return. The customer lounge was accommodatable.

I would like to commend the Chapman Hyundai Bell Road team for being very straightforward and professional. They honored everything they committed to and never pressured or repeatedly contacted me after I chose to explore better offers from other dealerships. Their honesty and respect for customers made the experience very positive.

I have had both my cars serviced here. They are very courteous and patient and understanding. Easy to understand and timely and efficient. The first car was taken care by Jaime who is very efficient and nice person. And the second car with Joe who is amazing at explaining the process and also keeping me updated. Thank you both. Best car buying experience ever!! From Sales to Finance was a smooth and haggle free buying experience! Special shout out to Brian Curci (sales manager), Souzane Abdul (sales associate and Joe (finance). We came from CA to help my son buy his first brand new car (Hyundai Sonata Sport) Prior to coming from CA I emailed 6 Hyundai and 4 Kia dealerships. Souzane from Chapman Hyundai was first to respond and along with Brian quickly got us a OTD price that no other Hyundai dealership could beat. Both Souzanne and Brian were super easy to communicate with by email, phone and in person. They were also able to get my son a good interest rate for 72 months eventhough it was his first car loan. . My son changed his mind on the color of the car he wanted on our way to dealership and they were able to quickly accommodate the last minute color change for him. Their lot is huge with LOTS of color combinations. The car, the OTD cost, speed of purchase with sales and finance and the experience was AMAZING. Don’t waste your time with other Hyundai dealerships like I did, just go straight to Chapman Hyundai! You won’t be sorry.

I purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra from Casey Stokes at this location after an extremely frustrating experience with Carmax days prior. Casey was quick to respond, happy to send additional details and photos of the vehicle ahead of time. Casey had the truck ready to test drive when we got to the dealership, wasn't pushy at all, and genuinely tried to ensure I had a great experience with him and the dealership. Happy with the vehicle, the service, and wouldnt hesitate to go back if we needed it!

Jamie at Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is amazing. She always takes very good care of my vehicle and always greets me with a smile on her face very kind, wouldn’t want to go to any other service dealership .
